Welcome to FIT811. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership & Billing
- Memberships may be monthly, 6-month, or 12-month agreements
- All memberships are auto-renewing unless canceled with proper notice
- Payments are billed automatically to the card on file
2. Cancellation Policy
- Month-to-month: 30-day written notice required
- 6- or 12-month memberships:
- Early cancellation may result in a fee (up to 30% of remaining balance)
- After 6 months, no additional fee applies (with notice)
3. Class Booking & Attendance
- Classes can be booked in advance
- Late arrival beyond 8 minutes = no entry
- Spots may be given to waitlisted clients
4. Late Cancel & No-Show Fees
- Cancel 8+ hours before → no fee
- Late cancel (<8 hrs) → $15 fee
- No-show → $25 fee
All fees are automatically charged.
5. Membership Freeze
- Available for select memberships (typically 12-month)
- Up to 2 months per year
- Must be requested in advance and approved
6. Studio Rules
- Grip socks required for all reformer classes
- No shoes in studio rooms
- Respect instructors, staff, and other members
- No disruptive behavior
7. Health & Safety
- You are responsible for your physical condition
- You agree to modify movements as needed
- FIT811 is not responsible for injuries resulting from participation
(Full liability waiver is agreed to at signup)
8. Intellectual Property
All FIT811 content, branding, class formats, and materials are owned by FIT811 and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
FIT811 is not liable for:
- Injuries, damages, or losses during participation
- Lost or stolen personal items
- Service interruptions (including app or booking issues)
10. Termination
FIT811 reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel memberships
- Remove clients for policy violations
11. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services = acceptance of updates.
