The 811 Method is our signature training experience—designed to elevate strength, endurance, and confidence in every class. At Fit811, we blend Pilates, athletic training, strength work, cardio, and heat into one powerful workout system. Each class is intentionally programmed to challenge your core, balance, and total-body strength while keeping movement dynamic and energizing. Our workouts may use reformers, mats, treadmills, and functional strength training, creating a training style that feels both athletic and controlled. The result?A workout that builds strength, improves mobility, and pushes your limits—while still being accessible for beginners and challenging for experienced athletes. This is not just Pilates.
